Eclipse's FileView tool enables you to display selected case information – held within Proclaim – on your firm’s website. When clients and referrers view your site and log on to FileView, the pages they see retain your firm’s ‘look and feel’, designed in your colours and carrying your logos.

Matter data of your choice is displayed to individual clients and referrers, accessible via a secure password system. You can make information available around the clock, ensuring clients are fully informed of case progress, without picking up the phone or putting pen to paper.

Data published via FileView is live – unlike similar systems from other suppliers, whereby data is only updated on a daily basis. What this means for your clients is the ability to view up-to-the-minute case progress… not just a daily log.

In addition, Eclipse can offer a full website design service to create an online presence for you, be it for a new startup organisation, or to replace an existing site.

This can be taken further to incorporate online ' forms' (for example a conveyancing quote calculator) that can be tailored to automatically incept data and create a new case file within Proclaim (based upon your pre-defined criteria).
