Expanding Manchester law firm, Dennison Greer, has implemented Eclipse’s Proclaim Case Management software system in its Personal Injury (PI) team.
The practice provides a broad portfolio of services to private and commercial clients, encompassing commercial litigation, matrimonial advice, employment cases and personal injury claims. Recent growth in its PI team, combined with increasing competition and legislative pressure in this sector, led the practice to consider Case Management solutions.
Proclaim has been implemented for every member of the Personal Injury team, providing a single desktop solution. Proclaim enables fee earners to manage every element of their caseloads from a core centralised system, encompassing document management, workflow-driven file progression, and an advanced reporting toolset. Dennison Greer has also implemented Proclaim’s ‘Automated Task Manager’ tool which enables the firm to automate report production, and take advantage of communication methods such as SMS text messaging.
