The newly-merged practice of Goode & Austin Solicitors LLP has selected Eclipse’s Proclaim software as its core practice management and workflow system.
The practice is the result of a merger between long-established Goode & Gould Fowler and modern practice Edward Austin Solicitors, seeing significant expansion for both firms. The newly formed Goode & Austin Solicitors has three offices in Shropshire, and provides the full range of legal products with a core focus on property services. The firm also provides specialist advice in such areas as IT software agreements and web hosting agreements, managed by partner Edward Austin.
Edward Austin Solicitors had utilised a Proclaim practice management system since 2005, and – following a careful appraisal of the marketplace – the decision was made to expand Proclaim throughout the new firm of Goode & Austin.
The practice will be utilising the full Proclaim system for all case management and accounting activities, and is also taking advantage of Eclipse’s ‘FileView’ online case tracking tool. FileView enables firms to publish live case data (as much or as little as is appropriate) in a secure online environment for clients and referrers to view.
Practice Director, Anne Austin, comments:
“We are delighted with our new Proclaim installation, and frankly we want to shout about it! We have always championed the software, as it is the one solution I have used which genuinely succeeds in doing what it promises to. We are confident that with Proclaim we have an IT backbone that will grow and evolve in line with our business vision.”
